New to Flux?

Yeay! This is the best part! Don’t even stress, we all have to start somewhere. We recommend that anyone new to Pilates start with our Fundamentals classes. If you have specific concerns, you might want to consider a private session so you can get comfortable with the equipment.

Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer Pilates classes. You are welcome to bring your own from home or you can purchase these in the studio. We also recommend bringing a sweat towel and some water.
If you are coming to a Yoga Flow class, we provide mats and props but you are welcome to bring your own. We don’t allow for storage though.

There is free parking at St Leonards Square (90 minutes - enter from Nicholson Street) and St Leonards Central (2 hours - enter from Christie Lane).

Before bringing your dog to the studio, we will need to have your furry friend registered for our Dogs at Pilates (DAP) program. This will include signing an agreement and having them registered to book in for spots!
All DAP members will need to be toilet trained, well behaved and the goodest – so that classes are undisturbed, safe and enjoyable.

We believe that movement is for everyone. If you are a bit uncertain of trying Pilates, we offer a regular BROLATES class check out our schedule– where you can bring a bro with you and give it a go.
Booking in and managing your classes

Yes, as our Reformer Pilates group classes are limited to 12 people (so you can get some extra love and attention) we recommend you always book ahead.

You can book and manage your classes through the Flux Pilates app or logging in desktop at our schedule page.

Straight up, friends who exercise together stay together. Our members can refer a friend through our referral program and receive some extra benefits. If you friend has a membership or available credit, you’ll be able to Book in a Buddy so you can bags them a spot next to you.

All group classes must be cancelled or rescheduled 12 hours before the class starts. All privates/semi privates must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before the session. Cancellations after these times will result in forfeiting of credit and fees may apply.

Suspension requests must be submitted in writing to info@fluxpilates.com.au, with a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice before your next monthly credit is issued, specifying the start date and duration of the suspension.

If you are on the waitlist and a spot becomes available (yeay!), you’ll be automatically added to the class. Depending on how you like to hear from us you’ll receive a SMS or email.
Our standard cancellation policy does apply, so please make sure you cancel yourself from the class if you are not able to attend.

Good on you! We love a high achiever. You’ll be able to book yourself in for extra classes at your membership cost per class. Any additional classes will be automatically charged to your nominated bank account or card details. You can drop info@fluxpilates.com.au for any Qs.

It’s flexible to be at Flux. You’ll be able to rollover any unused classes to the next month for a $15 fee. Easy.
Other fun things!

To join our classes, you’ll need to be 16 years or older. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian will need to sign your Waiver and Release form.
Children are welcome into the studio however, like our DAP friends they will need to be well behaved to prevent disruption to the class.

Gift cards can be purchased and are valid for 3 years.
