  • Our Masterclasses are formatted like our Teacher Training courses to give a preview and know what to expect

  • We explore one our Reformer Challenges repertoire - breakdown some of the anatomy, movement patterns, progressions/regressions, contraindications and explore how you could potentially teach this

  • Q&A session follows each Masterclass

  • Our Masterclasses are FREE to join to members and non-members

  • You must have at least 6 months of regular Pilates practice/experience before joining

CHARITY CLASS: GUIDE DOGS NSW DOGGIELATES

  • It’s back again! We’re raising money for Guide Dogs NSW with another Flux Dog Event! Tickets are $20 with all proceeds going to Guide Dog NSW.

  • BYO mat and dog

  • All welcome (even if you don’t have a dog)

  • Doggie Goodie Bag for every dog

  • Door prize to be won!
