Amanda Ly
I am passionate about advocating for the ability to move freely for as long as possible, which drives my dedication to helping others achieve this same freedom in their own bodies. My teaching style is strong yet filled with love, creating an environment where you feel both challenged and supported. My favourite exercise is any glute work that incorporates spinal rotation. I love exploring different ways to move the body

Christie Yeap
Hi, I'm Christie, a lover of all things movement and spreadsheets. I became a pilates instructor to share the benefits of movement, being inspired by the genuine care and support of instructors who helped to shape my positive view of health and fitness. While I have always maintained other forms of exercise (running, functional training etc), I have found pilates to be a holistic discipline that improves my stability, mobility, flexibility and strength, to supplement how I perform in other aspects of life.
My favourite exercises are stability exercises (specifically with the ball) because they are deceptively challenging, but also so important for injury prevention and extremely beneficial for crosstraining. Outside of the 9-5, and 5-9, you can find me in Japan once a year, snowboarding, and generally planning my next holiday or meal, both my passions outside of pilates.

Erin Cheong
I’m Erin, I believe movement should feel good. I grew up dancing, which naturally led me to barre, but when I discovered Pilates, everything just clicked. No other workout resonated with me like this, it felt amazing for my body, and I knew I had to share that feeling.
In my classes, expect a fusion of fun, dynamic, feel-good yummy movements with plenty of layers to help you grow at your own pace. I love a good bridge and just the right amount of challenge to leave you feeling strong and empowered.
In between classes, you'll catch me perfecting my elite skills: wall staring, snacking, and napping. I also enjoy exploring new places by bike, questionable cycling skills and all. Add some nana arts and crafts to the mix, and we've got ourselves the perfect afternoon

Florence Chang
A former exercise-avoider turned Pilates enthusiast, my journey began when long hours at desk job prompted me to prioritise my health. That led me to Pilates, where I experienced the benefits to both mind and body. Now a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, I’m passionate about helping clients build strength and discover movement that’s both functional and fun. My teaching style likes to focus on building technique through dynamic, flowing movements - with a touch of spice to keeps things exciting. My favourite exercise is mermaid on short box. I love binge watching shows, enjoying a good book or podcast, and anything that doesn't require getting off the couch.

Kat Wong
Oh, hi there, I’m Kat. I am a Pilates and Yoga instructor. In my classes, I want you to move well, learn something and have fun. I truly believe movement is medicine and for everyone. When I am not forgetting how to count consecutively, I am loving on my fluffy corgi, Pickle (who you may see around Flux), drinking wine or enjoying some true crime (it’s important to know what’s out there).
90s jams: There are actually too many but at the top would be Fantasy by Mariah, Informer by Snow, The Sign by Ace of Base.
Kylie Wong
I've been teaching since 2022 and have loved seeing and helping others discover the joy and benefits of Pilates. My aim is to create an environment where each of my clients leave class feeling like they were welcomed, seen and supported under my care. I'm all about seamless transitions to move my clients from one exercise to the next and maintaining a smooth flow throughout class. You can expect pops of cardio sprinkled throughout my classes and I'm also known to be a big fan of the jumpboard.
Outside of class I enjoy reading 'whodunnit' cosy murder mysteries. Book recommendations are always welcome!

Sharon Wang
Hey Pilates Lovers! I’m Sharon, your friendly Reformer Pilates instructor, here to help you move, sweat, and have fun! My classes blend classical and contemporary Pilates, focusing on alignment, strength, and leaving you feeling worked out—I mean, amazing!
When I’m not on the Reformer, you’ll find me upside down in a pole class, stretching it out in yoga, or, let’s be real—catching up on sleep (yes, it’s a sport). I also love reading, cooking, trying new things, and, of course, patting every dog I meet.
90s jams: Britney, Backstreet Boys, and Mariah all day! See you on the Reformer!
Vivan Hsu
Hi, I'm Vivian Hsu! As an extrovert, I love sharing my passion for exercise with others. My focus is on muscle activation and core engagement to help individuals reach their fitness goals. Outside of teaching, I enjoy traveling and reading books. Pilates is my go-to workout, though I’ve recently developed a love for yoga. Feel free to reach out—I'm always happy to chat!
