VIP Opening Sale Offer

This offer is for new members who have completed the Contact Form to receive a VIP offer of 15% off their first payment or invoice subject to the following terms and conditions (“Offer”):

• Offer Period: This Offer is available from 23 March 2025 until 25 April 2025.

• Inclusions: This Offer will only apply to Casual Passes and selected Foundation Member offerings (comprising the Foundation Member 12-month membership and 10 class pack).

• Exclusions: This Offer does not apply to Introductory Offers, Semi Privates and Privates, Foundation Member 7 day unlimited pass offer, and all other offerings.

• Eligibility: This Offer is only available to new members to Flux Pilates who complete the Contact Form.

• Redemption: To claim this Offer, participants must:

  • Have an Account via the Flux Pilates Website or mobile phone application

  • Sign any required waivers and documentation provided by Flux Pilates

  • Complete our Contact Form

  • Made an eligible purchase or invoice from the Inclusions

  • 15% off is for the first eligible purchase or invoice made in full:

  • For Foundation Member 12-month memberships, the 15% discount is applicable for the first month only.

  • The Foundation Member 10 class pack is limited to a single purchase per person, and cannot be bought in multiple quantities or on multiple occasions.

  • For Casual Passes, this applies to the first pack purchased only. Additional packs will be charged at full price.

• Conditions:

  • This Offer can only be redeemed once per person. If you redeem this Offer more than once (e.g. by using multiple email addresses or any other means) you agree to be charged the full price for additional redemptions. Flux Pilates reserves the right to review and revoke discounts applied in violation of this policy.

  • Timing restrictions on use are as per the conditions of your chosen Inclusion, see section 7 Casual Passes and section 9 Foundation Memberships of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Usage restrictions:

  • Cancellations and no-show fees will apply, in accordance with Section 11 (Cancellations) of our Terms and Conditions.

  • This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

  • All Offer purchases are final. Individual classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable, meaning they cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to another person.

  • The expiration date of the Offer is final. Expired and/or unused offers cannot be reinstated, extended, transferred, or refunded.

• Changes: Flux Pilates, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to vary the terms of the Offer at any time.
