The Flux Pilates Wunder Chair Teacher Training Course is delivered as an Intensive over 3 days. With a blend of online and small group Face-to Face hours, you’ll walk away not just certified but ready to teach.

Advanced anatomy and application to the Wunder Chair
Injury modifications and guidelines
80+ exercises from beginners to advanced
Programming for private clients including consultation and assessment
Adaption for multiple clients or group classes
Final Exam

Course prerequisites
The Wunder Chair course qualifies as further education and a full Pilates certification is required before you can enrol in this course.
