Programming non-negotiables

When it comes to programs, there are a couple of things I ALWAYS look out for:

·      What is the main purpose of the class? What is the theme?

·      Is the class whole body? Even with a theme – have I touched on upper body, lower body, abdominals, spinal mobility?

·      Are all the planes of movement featured?

·      Are all the movements of the spine accounted for?

·      What is in there that is my 20% extra little bit of something something?
