When it comes to energy management, if you're a bit of a natural introvert or someone who gives a lot of energy while teaching - it can really wear you out and leave you completely spent.

Starting to understand and know clearly what replenishes you and fills your cup is really important. For some of us it could mean taking a nap, reading a book, spending time in the sun, going for a walk or even sitting in silence. Really deciphering what gives you energy so you can look after yourself is key to preventing instructor burn out. This also means you can give your best to every class!
